Niyexdroid Technologies (BN 3503933) runs this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Details you send through the project brief form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project type, budget range and your message.
• Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• If you book a call, Google Calendar handles the booking under Google's own privacy policy, and we receive your name, email and chosen time.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We process it because you asked us to (steps before a contract) or with your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

• Amazon Web Services (email delivery of form submissions).
• Railway (website hosting).
• Google (call booking and video meetings).

These providers process data only to run their service for us. Some are outside Nigeria; we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and contract purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email admin@niyexdroidtechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
